| Project Description |
As a City is seldom able to shut down buildings during renovations
this work was phased to allow for construction containment and to minimize
disruption to the surrounding work areas. The project started in July of
2004 and was completed in January of 2005.
A large amount of seismic upgrading was required for the which consisted
of driving new soil anchors under the building from the inside and placing
new footings for the addition of seismic bracing along the perimeter of
the building as well as under the slab. |
