| Project Description |
This was an initial tenant build-out for the LDB and was
the largest of the signature stores at the time.
A significant challenge for this project was completing this project as
the base building was still under construction. There were also numerous
changes during construction as the project evolved.
As this was the first Signature Store of this size, the space required a
large amount of custom millwork, much of which had never been applied to
any other LDB locations.
This project was started in August 2004 and completed in November of the
same year. |
